1. Booking Amounts

If a client pays a booking or token amount:

• Refund eligibility depends on the agreement signed at the time of booking.
• Cancellation charges may apply as per contract terms.

2. Service Fees

Consultation or service fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable once services have been provided.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

4. Shipping Policy

As a real estate service provider, we do not ship physical goods. Any documents or agreements are delivered digitally via email unless otherwise specified.
